Difference in visual performance of a refractive extended depth of focus intraocular lens in an emmetropic and monovision modality.

The aim of the study is to compare the visual performance of a new non-diffractive intraocular lens with extended depth of vision set for emmetropia (targeted closest to 0 D) or monovision (targeted closest to -0.75 D).
